Entertainment is your right — and your safety is our priority. 999gt provides a range of self-control tools, betting limits, and active support to ensure your gaming experience stays fun, in control, and within healthy boundaries.
We offer a variety of options you can activate yourself at any time — because you know your own limits best.
Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit based on your budget. Once the limit is set, our system will automatically reject any deposit that exceeds that amount without requiring manual action.
Limit your gaming session duration within a single day. Once the time limit is reached, you will be notified and the session will end automatically so you never lose track of time while playing.
Set the maximum loss amount you are willing to sustain over a given period. The 999gt platform will automatically block new games if your loss limit has been reached for that day or week.
Need a short break? Activate a cooling-off period of 24 hours, 3 days, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, your account will be blocked from all wagering activity without affecting your account balance.
If you feel that gambling has become a serious problem, you may apply for a long-term self-exclusion — from 6 months to permanent. This is a step we fully support, and no further questions will be asked.
Need a break without permanently closing your account? Temporarily block your account for a duration of your choice. You can unblock it again once the set period has ended.
Remember: Online gaming is for entertainment purposes only. It is not a source of income and should not interfere with your daily life, personal relationships, or finances. If you feel something is off, 999gt is always here to help.
Responsible gaming refers to the practice of playing in a healthy, mindful, and controlled manner — where players make sound decisions about when to play, how much to spend, and when to stop. This is not just a concept on paper; it is a way of life we actively encourage for every 999gt user.
At 999gt, we believe great entertainment comes from peace of mind. When you know your limits, understand the risks, and use the tools we provide, your gaming experience becomes far more enjoyable and meaningful. That is why we invest seriously in building a practical and easy-to-use self-control system.
Responsible gaming also means that we, as a platform, carry an equally important responsibility. 999gt is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent gaming environment that does not exploit anyone — especially those who may be more vulnerable to problem gambling.
Problem gambling often develops slowly and goes unnoticed. It is important to recognise the early warning signs before they become a more serious issue. Here are some indicators to watch out for in yourself:
Feeling stressed or anxious when unable to play or when trying to stop playing.
Borrowing money or selling assets to fund gambling activities.
Lying to family or friends about how much time and money you have spent on gaming.
Continuing to play after significant losses in the hope of "winning back" the money lost.
Neglecting work, family, or social responsibilities due to excessive time spent gaming.
Feeling the need to continuously increase your bet amounts to experience the same level of excitement.
If you identify two or more of the above signs in yourself, we strongly encourage you to contact the 999gt support team or use the self-exclusion tool available in your account right away.
All 999gt self-control tools can be accessed directly through your account settings. The process is straightforward and does not require you to contact customer support first — except for permanent self-exclusion, which requires additional verification to protect you.
Go to the "Deposit Limit" section, select the limit type (daily/weekly/monthly), enter the amount, and confirm. Takes effect immediately.
Select "Game Time Limit", set a daily hour limit. The system will send a warning 15 minutes before the limit is reached.
Select the break period you need. During this time, logging in for wagering purposes will be blocked automatically.
For long-term exclusion, contact 24/7 support. The process will be completed within 24 hours.
Increasing limits (e.g. raising your deposit limit) requires a 7-day waiting period after the request is submitted. This is a safety measure to protect you from impulsive decisions. However, limit reductions take effect immediately to ensure optimal protection.
One of the best ways to understand your relationship with gambling is to honestly assess your own gaming patterns. Below is a general overview of risk levels based on common gaming habits — this is not a clinical diagnosis, but a guide to help you think more mindfully.
If you fall into the moderate or high risk category, that does not mean you have failed — it means you need help, and asking for help is a sign of courage, not weakness. 999gt will not judge you; we simply want to help you stay safe.
999gt does not stand alone in promoting responsible gaming. We collaborate with a broader support network to ensure that every player who needs help can access it easily and without stigma.
999gt's Commitment: We will never contact you with the intention of persuading you to play more if you have set limits or requested a self-exclusion. Your privacy and safety are our absolute priority.
The 999gt platform is exclusively for individuals aged 18 Years and Above. We conduct a strict age verification process via KYC during registration, and any account suspected of belonging to a minor will be suspended immediately pending investigation.
If you share a device with younger family members, we encourage you to take the following steps to prevent unauthorised access:
